Very patient on the phone, never feels like he is rushing you to get off the line. Called to order a new water pump kit and explained what it looked like. after a few minutes he told me the one I had should be fine.. Saving me money. How many dealers would do that??? Other places would be begging you to replace it all for the dollar.
