I think they are great never had any problems and they have always been very prompt with our high speed internet any time we have had a issue!!! I would rather have united electric than KCPL any day, even if the rates are a little higher!
Do not trust what they tell you or promise you because its not going to happen! Also if you have property damage {like them working in mud } that needs tilled or seeded its not happening! Ive tried for over a year to get help! They just keep raising rates to buy more unnecessary items! Thanks united electric
Company charges $1.50 daily "Service Availability Charge" (totalling $547 per year) then failed to come out to inspect our lines after I called in to report limbs laying on two of our lines. Then they claimed I never did call.
I had AT&T pull my phone records, and sure enough their main phone number was listed in my outbound calls three separate times. I offered to provide these records to United Co-op, but they declined.
