The staff has been more than wonderful dealing with my parents.
my grandfather is currently on his way back to texas because he was neglected while here as soon as he is in texas he will be in the er getting checked out do not entrust your loved ones to this garbage place. in all my years of knowing this man i have never known him to lie and now the DON director of nursing Kelly kessler i believe her name is if not then i appologise for my mistake but she is calling my grandfather a liar and in turn LIE'N about him.......they dont call it Shady for no reason!
They have went above and beyond countless times to make the lives better of all the residents.
The staff needs to be mention individually for the great things they do but I just don't have enough time to mention all the Good things they do that are above and beyond caring for their residents.
They are never concerned with people coming to inspect or check them out because they are a top notch facility that take caring about their resident to the highest level.
I go there all times of the day and night to see my parents and it's always the same great staff taking care of the residents.
