I want to thank John Gridsamore for completing an awesome service for my sister Julie A. Swords. The process was March 10-14th, 2016, he helped me through everything since I was living outside the state. That provides such a comfort when going through a family loss. He's down to earth and knows how to make you feel welcome. He fills the gaps that you feel you may have missed and makes you feel apart of his family. I would recommend him to anyone who would like to feel like your working with family while preparing a service for a loved one, rather than a stranger collecting payment.
