I would never send a friend here, not even an enemy. They consistently over-charge for routine maintenance. They are close to home which is why we always chose to use them in the past, but never again.
The service department is the best! I feel that they are honest and dependable. I have never been unhappy with any repairs that they have ever done for me. I will always take my vehicles to Walton Motors!
From now on we will go anywhere else but Walton. Brett's ill-mannered attitude and condescending demeanor, especially towards women, has guaranteed someone else our business. The only promising thing going for this business is the lady working at the cashier desk. She was friendly and helpful which was a nice change of pace from the manager... Don't waste your time, or more importantly, your hard-earned $$$$$$$.
My mother took her SUV there 3 times before the problem was actually fixed. They quoted her a price (which was ridiculous to begin with) over the phone, but when she arrived the balance was $200 more than what was discussed. The manager, Brett, proceeded to talk to her like she was incompetent and senile. He told her how clearly he stated the balance over the phone and how she must have misunderstood him- a $200 misunderstanding....

The nature of the car issue was the A/C system. The manager also told her that for another $150 they could add some freon because hers "might be low". You would think that if she went for a broken A/C, adding freon would be included the price, especially with an extra $200!

Very positive friendly environment, salesman are there to help you find a vehicle you enjoy, no pressuring, gimmicks or normal saleman pitching to make you uncomfortable or feel pressured to make a commitment to a car or truck you dont know if you really want, you will always leave happy and feel like they would make a good friend , rather it be in sales or the service department, it really is there slogan "where you'd send a friend " . New or used the lot is full of fully surviced and detailed to perfection and ready to find there new home.
